Starting from 2 January 2020, the BOI )(Board of Investment of Thailand) will not accept paper based application for the BOI status. With a few exceptions (performance improvements, business transfer and Grassroots Economy applications) applicants needs to use the online BOI system here. Unfortunately the online applications work only with Google Chrome, hopefully both on Mac and Windows.
